“Tribute to Michael Faraday”

This watch takes its name from the great physicist Michael Faraday, discoverer of the laws of electromagnetic induction; he gave his name to the cage that protects from electric fields.

In the M. Faraday watch, the movement is surrounded by a protective, anti-magnetic shield made from 1.3 mm thick Mumetal, offering protection from magnetic fields of the magnitude of 5 x 10-1 Tesla (under test).
